Hi there!

I’m Alex, I’m a queer, trans, pelvic health physical therapist and sex educator on unceded Massachusett and Pawtucket land (Boston, MA). I use they/them pronouns. I prioritize work with queer and trans folks, but anyone is welcome. I love to develop and teach trainings and workshops - mostly under the intersections of sex ed and pelvic health - to pretty much anyone who wants to listen and learn.

I first got into pelvic health PT because that’s where I figured I could best blend PT and sex education, and then quickly realized I myself desperately needed pelvic PT, and the symptoms I’d grown quite accustomed to were in fact not “normal” and were treatable. Being on both sides of the treatment table has deeply informed my work.
